An intricate and exquisite zardozi bag, hand made in India and acquired by the previous owner circa 1930s. Black velvet with a geometric repeat in a stylised six point flower, within a series of geometric shapes, finished with a thin gold thread border. To the back is a flat strap embroidered with a peach and silver thread. A pre-owned item in very good condition the exterior material is clean ,as is the interior. The material has some sagging to the bottom but no loose threads. There are three compartments within. |
