An intricate and exquisite zardozi bag, hand made in India and acquired by the previous owner circa 1930-1940.
Black cotton velvet is enhanced with a detailed stitching of yellow gold five point flowers, in yellow gold squares, accentuated by yellow gold crisscross patterns.
A gold threaded rope handle sits atop, affixed to either side of the bag.
A pre-owned bag in fair to good condition, handmade in India. The bag retains the firmness of a new Zardozi but has a tear in the bottom inside lining.
